ORGANIZER QUICK CHECKLIST

✅ Step 1: Provide Liability Form Links to Participants

You must share the correct liability form link with your participants:

For youth/minors: Send the Parent/Guardian Liability Form link to parents so they can complete it on behalf of their child.
For adult participants: Share the Adult Participant Liability Form link so they can submit their own form online.

✅ Step 2: Ensure Forms Are Completed Before Registration

All liability forms (youth and adult) must be submitted before you fill out the admission ticket registration.
Do NOT submit the admission ticket registration form until every participant in your group has completed their liability form.

✅ Step 3: Organizer Responsibilities

Verify that every participant has either submitted online or turned in a paper form.
If participants hand you physical forms instead of completing them online, you must collect them and keep them.
Once all forms are accounted for, you may complete the admission ticket registration form for your group.

✅ Step 4: Admission Day Requirements

On event day, make sure you bring:

📱 Your emailed Admission QR Code – either on your phone or printed.
📄 All collected physical liability forms – for participants who did not submit online.

⚠️ Important Reminder:

Admission tickets cannot be reserved or validated unless all liability forms are submitted.
Missing or incomplete forms may delay or prevent admission to the event.
