OUR RETREATS

 The Teen Life in the Spirit Seminar is a one-day retreat designed to lead teens into a deeper relationship with Jesus through the power of the Holy Spirit. With dynamic talks, praise and worship, prayer ministry, and time for reflection, teens discover the gifts of the Spirit and are invited to open their hearts to a renewed life in Christ. It’s a powerful day of encounter, healing, and transformation—awakening a desire to live fully alive in faith.

Throughout the day, teens will hear personal testimonies and engaging teachings that help make the faith real and relevant. They’ll learn how the Holy Spirit moves in their daily lives and empowers them to live courageously as disciples of Jesus. Through small group discussions, community prayer, and opportunities for personal ministry, they’ll be supported in their journey of faith by both peers and trained adult leaders.

The high point of the retreat is a deep, intimate experience of Eucharistic Adoration, where teens are invited to encounter the real presence of Jesus and receive a fresh outpouring of the Holy Spirit. Many leave feeling renewed, forgiven, and called to live their faith boldly in their homes, schools, and communities.

Following Adoration, an Empowerment Prayer is offered—inviting the Holy Spirit to activate the gifts received and to strengthen each teen for their mission as young disciples. This prayer moment encourages teens to say “yes” to God’s call and to step forward in faith with courage and joy.

This retreat is not just an event—it’s an invitation to a new beginning, a personal Pentecost for today’s youth
